President of RAS Associates International, Inc. (RAS). He established RAS in 1990, following a 25 year career at the DuPont Company. In the RAS organization he coordinates the efforts of the Principal Directors, Associates, Alliances and general operations.

Bob developed the initial concept for the RAS Global Supply Chain Process Evaluation. This is a proprietary process for evaluating the efficiency of a company's functional areas of Supply Chain operation through consulting and software. It is the cornerstone of the RAS offering.

While at DuPont, his responsibilities and accomplishments included International Customer Service Supervisor, Corporate Import Manager, International Business Consultant and Supply Chain Director. He served as director of Quality & Logistics at Philips/DuPont Optical, a joint venture between Philips in Holland and DuPont in the US. Responsibilities included the Global Production Quality of three international plants and their product movement worldwide.

Bob has a BS from Drexel Universtiy in Commerce and Engineering, an MBA from Wilmington College in business, a diploma from the "School of Modern Photography" and a PhD in International Supply Chain and Econometrics from Pacific Western University. Bob is a member of the National and Regional Council of Logistics Management (Board member), the American Society for Quality Control and the American Management Association. He has been an adjunct professor at University of Delaware, University of Phoenix, Wilmington College, Cecil County Community College, Erasmus University (Holland) and is a staff faculty member at the Institute of Logistics Management.
